  • HOW WAS SUPER 8 NOT NOMINATED FOR BEST SCORE? *rage*

  • @LoveHasNoExceptions It is a bit simplistic and repetitive, but no doubt the melodies are wonderful and very much from another time. Perfect for the movie.

  • This song reminds me (and any other person who's lost a parent) or the moment they had to let go of their proverbial locket. For me, after my father died I would go up to his wardrobe and take out one of his work shirts and smell it, because to me, if I closed my eyes, it was like he was still there. When my brothers grew, they used his shirts one by one, and I watched them go knowing in the end, those momentos aren't what keeps the person alive, it's you

  • SamYoungOfficial transcribed this for piano. I actually prefer it over the orchestra, but this is still an amazing piece of music. I wish more films nowadays had composers like Giacchino, instead of filling the movie with horrible pop tracks.

  • This song makes. me. cry. My high school is playing this for our indoor percussion ballad, and I cant wait. I just saw super 8 the other day and it was a great movie.

  • like this if u want this song to play at ur funeral

  • @hiilikeyouful even if i didn't know the person who had died, i would seriously ball my eyes out if this were played at a funeral.

  • love it

  • THIS IS GREATE ENDING SOUND

  • @crpo87 and opening :)
