You get it on the battle of chang shan, any difficulty.You unlock this stage during yuan shao's, lu bu's or diao chan's musou. Anyway choose yuan shao forces and what you gotta do is kill liu bei guan yu and zhang fei each within a minute of each other. The red hare is the fastest horse on the game.
