lol when I was a kid of 6 or 7, my aunt would run the "Best of Elmo" sing a long tape for my little cousins who were babies/toddlers whenever we'd be at my Grandma's house and this was on it. Me and my sister used to imitate it on the stairs. Brings back too many memories.

When you first click on it, it sometimes takes a bit slow warming up. Notice the red trail line? If the moving dial slides beyond it, then the video will freeze until the line gets moving again. So try pausing it when you first start it up, and let the line get a head start. It should be fine then.
