  • where's SPKC address exactly?

  • @encik83 It is off Jaljan Ipoh in KL. Just next to the KLPAC (KL Performing Arts Centre) which you can Google directions to.

  • You Mentioned all your Koi were purchased from SPKC but one? where did you buy that one????

  • From Jeff Tan, Arowana in Puchong, a ginrin kigoi.

  • and why is the water in the main pond light

greenish? or is that the colour of the pond

    itself???????

  • Algae, I believe.

  • ive been to Sentul Koi Park. they have some of the

    best koi in Malaysia.

  • A bit debatable now, perhaps?

  • how much do the fully grow koi cost?

  • That would depend on the quality of the koi concerned. It could vary from next to nothing to well over USD100,000.

  • wow!! ok ill only be buying small koi when i get my own house and build my giant koi pond! haha

  • Everything starts somewhere, Javier. Cheers.

  • haha cheers!

  • Hi.... thanks again. I get the "Koi" magazine here, and the bulk of ads and info in this, are for a miriad of filters, but I think I've seen only one for the "bakki" system. I'm assuming they're an add on to an existing filter..... they look like a large version of something I had when I kept marines.... and this worked exactly as you have described...... Sandy.

  • Another excellent video and very interesting to see a large Japanese style centre.

What's the story with the Bakki shower filters ?.... there seem to be a lot of them in use at the park..... and I notice you have one also... cheers.. Sandy.

  • Hi Sandy, thought it was also generally accepted in the UK too that bakkis are a good form of filtration? Apart from the bio-filtration aspects, they also increase TDO level, help degassing and, in our very hot tropical weather, cool down our water temperatures.

  • At the end of the video, you'll see some shots of a wonderful 94cm Sakai Benibana kohaku which won Grand Champion at the 6th ZNA Malaysia Koi Show in 2006.
