@sdtrolleygregory MSRP calls for 30-40 Dollars per car. (In my opinion, I think that is ridiculous.) I got these cars for about 25 each at a hobby shop.

@sdtrolleygregory Arrow Wolf is right, there are several versions of the Amtrak F40PH available, and this is a Kato model. There were other versions that were casted by other companies (I'm not sure which ones, but I do have one) that were available for 12 or 13 dollars, very cheap, and very easy to break. Kato is one of the top companies, along with Roco, (Marklin) Overland, and Rivarossi.
@BNSFCSX1 Thanks, but I can't take credit for that. It was all done by the Model RR club that I'm a part of. The layout was built long before I joined.

Kato is actually some of the best quality model trains you can buy. And Walthers passenger cars are great runners and they look good.
