@InvictusAu if it wasnt aerodynamic it wouldnt be spinning it wud be just going straight causing wind to push against it which cause it to slow down.. spin cause retraction against the wind just like a bullet spins.

An aerodynamic projectile will fly straight, without changing orientation, as the wind will not cause any drag on any part of it more than another. Bullets are symmetrical, so they fly straight.

The projectile here clearly is not symmetrical, so there is more drag on one side of the projectile than the other, meaning one side slows down more than the other, and so it spins end over end.
