Chinese definitely don't like "4"s. But again, this is hardly the traditional sushi roll.
I am still waiting for the "basic" part of sushi. So far it has been an under-informed floor manager trying to look like he knows sushi, and what ingredients goes into making some fancy smancy fusion rolls.
