Even if you have the instruction, these informations are not given. The only thing that is given is the CG (center of gravity) which is 80mm from the edge of the wing. I would recommand +/- 8 mm for the ailerons and +/- 11mm for the elevator
After getting my A-10 in the mail and looking at the directions that was so much easier just watching this video then trying to follow the direction that came with the plane.
