Wow, very compelling. I guess you're right. lol! Why is it people like yourself assume that everyone who disagrees with you watches fox? The video shows exactly what it shows: Prog/leftists attempting to take money from terrorists. Of course not all muslims are terrorists, but most terrorists are muslims.
NPR takes money from terroists. MSNBC, NBC, Universal gets $150 billion from taxpayers via Obama, CBS forges documents. What rock are you living under?
@photolitherland Don't worry, there's still MSNBC and NPR where you and other scum and go and hear about all the handouts that you are owed. In fact, most main stream media caters to trash of your type.
Don't worry, Obama is still president for another 2 years. No need to seek employment yet!
Didn't like it much. The animation on the carousel is pretty choppy, the news pages themselves look like pages out of a PDF... They behave differently based on orientation (which isn't good imho).
It has its qualities, though. The interface looks good in general (apart from what I stated above), you can share articles (a feature I believe is mandatory) on major social networks...
One thing I didn't see: can you manipulate text? Copying and pasting portions of it somewhere else?
@photolitherland How many Rep. really have or use ipad? most are waiting for the rapture so I doubt that this will have mass appeal for conservatives.
Yes yes, let's all bash Foxnews because that's what we do. Forget ANYTHING else but as it's Fox it must be rubbish. That way, we don't even have to anything CLOSE to critical thinking and people will think I'm enlightened.
With all that said, all print newspapers will be doing this within the decade. We as a society digest our information more and more digitally. The cost to print and deliver outweighs digital in such a way that if papers/mags don't fully embrace this tech they will fade away.
no thanks i will not put a dime in mr. Murdoch's pockets. he has already ruined journalism in our great nation beyond repair. The only way i would contribute any of my hard working monies to anything he is behind is if that money goes to sending him and his "news" corps back to where he crawled from. also koch brothers can hitch a ride too. disgraceful sons of biotches. NEXT!
@Ireloaded3 Agreed. visually, it looks fantastic and the multimedia is top notch. I really, really, really hope a lot of other newspapers take notes from this app. Frankly, a lot of them aren't doing apps right when it comes to ease of use and properly updating.
But when you get beyond the superficial "ooh's-and-ahh's," this is just another extension of Rupert Murdoch's "news" corp. Pass.
Seems very cool and I would not mind paying a one time fee of .99cents, maybe even 9.99 if it was a one time fee BUT pay monthly? Meh, there's free alternatives.

Rupert Murdoch adds a subtle idiotic right wing bias of course from newscasters in white shirts. Other content isn't too bad though.

Nice digital interface design, but I'll wait until a reputable news organization puts out a similar app like NPR, BBC.

@ALMOSTlikeRODNEY yeah but you said you could even pay 9.99 so 12 bucks a year its not that big a deal
