A few Potential Champions lost before they got the chance. and then Davey easily could have been the greatest driver of his time. Dale and Benny two of the greats I don't think NASCAR has recovered fully from the loss of dale and someone needs to step up as the voice of the drivers. Adam petty could have been great. great video man
Great tribute. Coming from Holland, I never had the chance to attend a Nascar race. But I love it. I have seen some of this on tv. Tragic, and sad. Thats motorracing somethimes.
At the June Michigan race I was in the pits and tried to get Alan K's. autograph (he drew one of the first qualifying numbers) He looked over at me, pointed to his watch, then to his car and I could read his lips sayin "SORRY". Miss Alan and all you guys!
great video dude i think these drivers risked there lives not just for our entertainment but for what they want. they shouldnt be forgotten even thought they are gone.nascar racing is a dangerous sport and these drivers go out and risk there lives to do it so they should be respected.
The driver is Ricky Hendrick, son of NASCAR Team Owner Rick Hendrick.
Ricky drove in 49 Cup races and 30 Craftsman Truck Series races, with one win in the Craftsman at Kansas in 2001. Ricky Hendrick died tragicly in the Hendrick plane crash at Martinsville in Oct. 2004.
This video is super cool and I dont know enough to be totally sure of dates but hey I am not going to criticize you for a fine piece of work that I am sure from making my own videos takes alot of time and effort!!! Great Job Bud I love it!!! Thanks and Take Care pugsley0134
i remember waking up in the morning and my mother told me that Bobby Hamilton was dead. i was so sure that he would make it, i wanted him to make it so badly. i closed my eyes and when i opened them he was gone.
I know what you mean the years 2000-2001 was tragic but my question is why didn't they take action right at the 1st death of 2000. If you have an answer please tell me!

This is a Tribute to fallen drivers. It's kinda nice to see a video to lost drivers that don't invole the driver's fatal crash in it.

I never realized how much Davey & Clifford resemble each other!
Rob Moroso - classic example "what might have been!" He was leaving a race and was killed in a high speed alcohol-related traffic accident.

Special, But I think the biggest tragedies in NASCAR are Dale Earnhardt Sr., and Bill France Jr.!!!

Very nicely and tastefully done. Still sad about losing Bobby Hamilton and BP. I miss hearing BP in the booth.
