  • Yes, smart. That's the answer! xD Lol

  • How Can I Learn Math In 240p

  • You know what sucks? You will forget everything you learn later on in life, ive taken calculus before and now i have to restart at this stage...just to remember it all. But i do know enough not to pay 110 dollars for a freaking tennis racket.

  • Thanks teacher!!!!!!!!! ( :

  • Oh now I know how to find out the sale price!!!!!!

  • why would there be a tennis racket worth $110.50?

  • THIS IS THE MOST BALLER SHIT EVEEERRR!

  • OHH YEAAHAHHHH :DD!

  • Is she stupid? She just made it more confusing?

  • Thank you very much!!! now I remember how to do it.

  • oohw = o

  • Thnx a billion x 100% = satisfaction

  • easy and simply to understand unlike some teachers at school they just throw the work at you and make you figure it out.

  • I dont understand any of these im still in pre-algebra =P

  • thanks!!! to you i passed my test! :D

  • If it wasn't for these guys, I sure might have flunked my Algebra Tests so freakin bad, worse than others.

I am so thankful cause last summer I was sitting in front of the computer, watching their videos and taking notes. I'm doing well in Algebra class now ~ I would say my average grade went from low D to 1 point away from an A

  • my back is sore. hit the gym yesterday doing drop sets. heavy with low reps to light with high reps. i was checking out this hot babe's ass. motivation to hit the gym you know. i wanted to dig my face into it, but i didn't want to disrespect or interrupt her workout. = /

  • how to get the discount rate?

  • I just find the way she talks amusing

  • plus tax

  • @DaliaSings3

    you fool

    i like maths

  • thankyou so much i have a test o n this tomorrow

  • she must hate her job...

  • Apart from the fact imo her demina is contresending belittleing and patronising ver voice just makes my ears hurt and puts me off concentration nothing personal here

although her demina shows to me she shouldnt be a teacher

The guy in these videos on the other hand has no such apparent demina and his voice to me at least is far less annoying The lessons themselves are good and well structured though

  • I recommend this excellent Math channel: ( Mathmatchpoint ) to everyone who wants to become good at Math (or to someone who is already good at it). He is going to teach you Math the EASY WAY, from the basic to the advanced topics. The great thing is that his videos are categorized within playlists. It is easy to know which video to watch next. This was the least I could do for him (let people know about his videos). Thanks to him, I got 97% on my Math test.

    Go to his channel: Mathmatchpoint

  • Dang she was beating on that board hard, lol but she taught the lesson well I understand now.

  • wow thanks way better than my regular techer and also suprising she only taught me in 3:08 seconds

  • what about this : a aweater at 25% off the original price of 19.95,jeans that are 15% off the original price 49.99,shoes that are 40% off the original price of 52.00.Watt is the total amount of tashanas purchase including a 6% sales tax???? help

  • OKay so i get this... now...

But what do i do when its telling me to find the original price?

Ex: A computer is on sale for 20% off the regular price. The sale price is $250.00. What is the regular price of the computer?

I dont understand this, can u please help, i know its asking for " what was the original price" but it confuses me.

  • @OrangePenguin527

A computer is on sale for 20% of the regular price, which means the sale price for this computer is equal to 80% of the regular price. X is the regular price unknown. However, we know that the sale price is $250.00.

80% x (X) = 250.00 (80% of the original price is equal to the sale price of $250.00)

    X=$250.00 / 80%

    X= 250.00 / .80 = $312.50 ( the regular price)

  • @thuynguyenable OK Thank you very mush i get it now

  • thank you! thank you!! thank you!!! thank you!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! THANK YOU!!

  • lol

  • pls be a part of our team... rebates will be given starting dec. 1, 2010... pls like our: dig discount facebook page and qualify for rebates based on our monthly net income! (its on the process because our company is starting up) maybe rebates will be 5% to be shared by 100 or 50 facebook users who LIKED our dig discount fan page.

  • WTF this is not discount formula, it should look something like: PV = FV / (1 + r)^Y

  • fricking hell I was looking for the formula for the rate of discount like as in T-bills

  • I know this might sound wired but I love how she talks! Her voice is perfect!

  • @juan414100 no...

  • @juan414100 I agree. I want to put babies inside her

  • I bet thats the devils daughter....

  • i love this

  • I DONT FUCKING GET IT (yes i am failing math)

  • @failmeister51 EASY! Multiply the REGULAR PRICE with the PERCENTAGE%.... the answer= DISCOUNT! Then, you subtract the REGULAR PRICE with the DISCOUNT (YOUR ANSWER FROM THE MULTIPLICATION) and the answer from that = the SALE PRICE! I used to have an F in math too.. but i raised to A+ in less then a month! HONOR ROLL 2 TRIMESTERS! XD

  • @4everPandaLover for TIPS do the same as the first step.. but for the SALE PRICE us ADDITION instead of SUBTRACTION! EASY... aGAIN!

  • @failmeister51 Its easy, ok first, you find the discount right.

So the ACTUAL price is 110.50

and the discount percentage is 20%

    So therefore, you just do 110.50 over 100 x 20 % = 22.1

So that is your discount = 22.1

And obviously, when something is on sale, the sale price is lower than the original right.

    SO you just 110.50 - 22.1 = which gives you 88.4.

So that is your sale price.

  • Great thanks for posting

  • i would totally marry her :)

  • shes ugly

  • She is so freaking hot, please call me...

  • hahahahah! :) i know her!!!

    (im serious)

  • @Spiritsontonight --Is she really that freaking serious all the time?

  • @Christy2792 only when shes teaching

  • xy+2x=8

what would you simplify this to?

  • 3x+y=8

  • @lopocddr X=13, Y= -1.38

  • I love the sound of how the marker hits the board when she writes.

  • r u being serious???

  • What happens if the discount is 1.30%

  • the rate would be 0.0130

    xx

  • good hand writing and it helped me with my project

  • favorited..

how come algebra teachers look so pissed all the time?

  • @TokenDocumentaries just tickle her yum-yum for a bit
