as a chem student, if im not mistaken, our prof said that yellow ones are rich in CALCIUM and the white ones are rich in FLUORIDE.. he showed us the chemical reaction for that, and so, that reaction proved that those yellow ones are stronger than white ones.. plus of course, my dentist once told me that too.. :D
