What's funny is that I just came across this game like 3 days ago after not playing it since 1999. Back then I couldn't get past the green pick-up but after beating the hell outta this game at the age of 21 it really pissed me off. Good times though, good times. Sega is the shit.
Next time, when the turbo is on, hold the turbo button and you will see the little bar grow in the right corner of the screen. When she reached the top and the turbo is close to over, release the button to get the final explosion of the turbo! Just a Tip! ^^

I forgot how slow and fast people drove in this game. Also, the soundtrack to this game should be Ludacris' Move Bitch. :)
