@ocremix I didnt say it didnt sound like the original, i said it strayed to far away from the original..... The chemical plant melody is used through the track but it has been played with, too much in my oppinion. An oppinion is mearly someones 'point of view' you dont have agree with it but that doesnt make it wrong. For me there's a few sections of the track where it's not clear it's chemical plant at all, if the 16 bit melody was played along side the differences are quite appearent

@archados O definatly, alot of genesis/megadrive tunes would go into a club without much remixing, all alot of them need is clearing up, as 16bit is unclear esspecially at volume, take the mini boss music from Sonic & Knuckles even the original is a mini hardcore tune, some tunes from vectorman, lemmings.. Get these tunes into a club/rave/whatever lol plenty of people half pissed would bang along regardless, personally if there was a retro genesis/megadrive night at my local club, ID BE THERE!!

How is this "too far from the original"?! That's just absurd. Anyone who could say that clearly doesn't remember or even know the original song. The melody's there the whole way thru with exception to the solo. This song stays quite close to original with exception to the danceable style it takes.

I can't follow those "too far from original" sayers. The only part I didn't recollect from the original was around 2:40-3:00 where the artist did some soloing on the background. I didn't see the title from the video the first time (just hearing subscription playlist) but had the association to Sonic before the first 20 seconds were over.

And I didn't even really play Sonic 2!
