Personally, I think Evanescence is much too good for Twilight, though some of their songs do fit the very few parts that don't revolve around a ditzy girl obsessing over her sparkly boyfriend. Anyway, I read somewhere that she wrote this song about a stalker she had. I think it's truly a wonderful song, and I will love Evanescence forever!!!!

And Evanescence is a band effort, they would release an announcement about their involvement in the soundtrack. Because they want it, doesn't mean it'll happen.

Twilight is a romance. Most songs are romantic, so people will say they are similar. This song isn't really like Twilight though. Twilight is more innocent.

The books were good. As they went on the writing matured and less cringeworthy moments appeared, and they are really quite beautiful. It's easy to imagine a fantasy and a Gary Stew but really hard to write one well.
