I don't know how you manage to cut foam boardso nicely.

@TheKKanimegirl Got to use a sharp knife. Pierce through the outer paper coating then drag the knife through. Takes a bit of practice. And be safe!

That really is cool, but the blade is somewhat disproportional to the hilt. The hilt is designed for two-handed use, but the blade is about the size of a short sword, which have one handed hilts.Is there a way to make a longer blade?

Its cool but the handle is too big and the blade is too small. If you replace the paper towel tube with a toilet paper tube it would be a little bit better and make blade longer. but I like the way it is
