Also the labor affairs lack understanding in this field. People are bias and if you don't take heed it's going to get worst. When people are innocent(black) we can't be heard or get a trial. If(white) compassion and understanding and help for them. We see this and unfair.

I hear what your saying and i have been a victim of workplace violence and accused lost job for gross misconduct. Employees lied on me and first i am black and people are bias towards certain people. Thing or problem i have with what you said but, people lie how can you know if a person is truthful. You really can't. Black people have been accused of things in the workplace since 1964 and this really didn't change.
