This whole video tries to provoke an emotional response to that young adults will vote out of some visceral sense of anger. As a 23-year-old voter who has voted for all three major national parties I find this whole ad campaign rather insulting. This ad hinges on the fact that the people who watch it will not think how the message is being is being conveyed. Even the info on the website is mostly from tabloids and rarely backed up by research. Try an intelligent ad not a pseudo-hipster rage-rant

All social programs have lost funding and have lost lots of its qualities. Hospitals r overly full, programs for kids got cut, school programs got cut, hospitals got cut, environmental programs don't even exist in Ontario anymore. Tell me, how is that any good? Harper is the ONLY prime minister in history to be EVER found in contempt of parliament. That means he has broken rules that goes against Canada's democracy. He arrested 1000 Canadians in one day at the G20 summit. Most of them weren't even charged. Harper just wanted to look cool in front of his international buddies.
3 million eligible voters are the under the age of 25. In the last election only 37% of them voted and looked what happened. PLEASE VOTE on May 2nd!!!!

Even if you don't like equality that much, you should value things like higher security, better healthcare, longer lifespan, more trust among people. I know it sounds good and makes people think oh my God, he resigned, bad government, vote liberal, but it's insignificant. Some little squabble with the government about tax or donations or something I forget, look it up, not as big a deal as the sponsorship scandal. Eliminating the long form was a mistake, yes. I also really love the liberals talk about health care. "No privatization!" Yeah I agree with that, but no other party in the history of Canada has brutalized and cut-back our health care program more than they have in the past. Vote for who you want but don't just vote against the government because it's "the evil government that doesnt let me do whatever I want" alright?
