Wurlitzer 120 Repair and Regulation

i'm working on a 112 w/same problem. i think the regulating capstan is a screw. is this the same adjustment as the 120 capstan gismo?

any idea where I might buy one of those regulating tools? Would a piano store have one perhaps?

why is there so much buzz when you have the volume on? Is that a grounding issue or the amp?

@ycleptic sounds like the amp needs to be serviced with new capacitors.
