I learn confucian ethics in secondary school in Singapore. The 2-year lessons were conducted entirely in Chinese, and my chinese teacher was amazing in telling us stories of how the quotes came about and under what circumstances/situation that was said. In translating to English, while it benefits those who don't understand Chinese, the essence of the contextual meaning and beauty of the quotes are somehow lost.
So far this year, January Japan, February Thailand, March Singapore, April Korea, May China, now I'm back in Japan before heading off to the States, Kazakhstan and, hopefully, Ghana.
I make them 'cos you guys seem to like them! As I've got a location free lifestyle I'm always working in different countries anyway, so thought the videos would be better with nice views rather than stuck in a room somewhere!
wow 0_o!!! today i was talking with my mom i told her "i think im going to quit because i don`t have time, even if i love it!!!" but this gave me motivation to keep learning japanese!- thanks ;)
1st thing that pops in my head is the energizer bunny :P
well over the summer i made a lot of plans, im going to be studying hiragana, katakana, and i decided to add kanji (i can learn to read fast but learning to write makes it a lot slower) to the list, plus im learning japanese grammer, trying to improve my drawing skills, and learning C++, plus loose a few pounds.
all i can say is it is going to be a slow summer. (pun intended) but still fun.
