Montana actually averages a few tornadoes per year, they're just never this powerful. What we get here in Montana is usually F0's or F1's, but they are weak and don't last that long. A large majority of the tornadoes in Montana are well east and northeast of Billings.

@TornadoesNMusic I'm from Billings, and they are not common there... I didn't say impossible, but very uncommon. As for global warming, you must find yourself in the very small group of people who haven't opened their eyes yet... its happening all around us, plain as day.
