This isn't a Fallout rip-off. "Rage" is a Fallout rip-off. You survive the apocalypse in an underground "ark" (vault), the world is full of bandits (raiders) and mutants (super mutants), the area is called "the wasteland" (Capital Wasteland), there are scattered towns and you start off going to "Wellspring" (Megaton), etc. The only difference is they put more guns in, a vehicle, and the look is more like Borderlands, though that's not much different from Fallout anyway.

Graphics and effects are not the main thing in these game.

Komplex crafting makes this game interesting. A big world. You dont feel boxed. Many small things like for example a house near the road, inside is no quest but you can step inside and see, its full functional... There are thousands of such things you dont need for quest or crafting but they make this game very atmospheric.
