Well the way I see it, I have Blackest Night #0 from free comic book day, The Black lanterns can revive the dead. Their desc. in the back of the book says nothing about their powers and weaknesses but it does show a lot of hands sticking up outta the ground zombie style

As brainy mentioned, his body was placed in the chamber the eradicator used to revive superman during the "death and return of superman" arc. it's just that Conner needed a thousand years to heal due to the extensive damage dealt by Superboy-Prime.

I think the Blackest Night arc is one of the most anticipated story arc in comic history. Srsly....

Months ago, alot of people were ranting about post-poning/delaying The Final Crisis and replace it with The Blackest Night.

I say, DC made the right thing about "delaying" BN and building up the story with filler issues concerning about the different "emotional corps"

the thing that your forgetting is that the black rings mean that the wearer is nothing, an empty shell that has super-powers. The ring-bearers do not retain any qualities of the those they were when alive, meaning none of the black lanterns will retain their personalities. Basically, this will not be the return of Batman because this is only the "bat-body"

i have a feeling GLC and Sinestro C will fight eachother while they fight the dead, where sinestro and a few of his most loyal plus a few important GLS(hal, kyle and ion) go on their own secret mission. then sinestro will betray them and restart his corps for universe conquering. happens all the time with sinestro
