Use your speed brake, once you touch ground put 25% reverse witch is the max and is reverse thrusters but isnt specified on this plane and last, when you touch ground make your handle puch towards the bottom. But very good for a first one!

It is fine. The landing technique was good, having the throttle quadrent on the screen. As soon as you landed you should reduce the throttle and activate the spoilers and bring speed down as it will stop before the end of the run way. Good luck and keep it up.

Before you land you have to keep pressed "Av Pág" to use the thrust reversal so that you can stop the plane! You cannot just use the parking breaks. They are not for landing purposes.

First, use the SPOILERS (Speed Brakes) to slow down when the main landing gear touch the runway. Second, there's something very important on a real plane, that is available on FSX. When touch down, set throttle to IDDLE. When the nose gear touch the runway, press F2 until you apply the REVERSE throttle. As the plane slow down and reach the 80knots on the IAS instrument, press F1 to return to the IDDLE position.

You need to set up the reverse thruster button on your key board or joystick . go into settings and go to engine control and designate a button for brakes. you will see the engine cows retract when you press this button.it wont stop without this.

Remember to put the reverse thrust....when the thrust is idle press alot of f2 and press the period key....then at about 60 mph press f1 so it becomes idle again...then ur aircrart wont go in the water :)

hey how are you i am an airline pilot ok the first thing you have to do is to put the vector towards the runway that st marteen is runway 9 put the gps and the gps is going to give those vector and you can follow those the other thing you have to arm your speed brakes when your speed brakes are up you activate reverse and help you with your joystick brakes when you slow down until 40 knots disingage your reverse and you are going to have a good landing depends on the wind that you have

I'm very surprised you didn't stall out when you tried to go up to 3000 feet! you were going 90 knots! that is far too slow! to rise up, speed up and go at about 15 degrees. :) hope this helps

There are two semi-oval extensions on landing strip. Bring the aircraft to a complete stop on the far left side of the runway beside one and make a hard right turn into one and accelerate to 5mph until you come 180 degrees about.

then just head for the terminal. copilot will tell you when to shutdown.

a hard landing is better than nothing and well done, im still stuck on this and cant land ! grr lol but there is one thing that u DO have to do.. this i know.. put thrust to reverse ( pull right back shud be -25% reverse or w/e) and also u know the speedbrake right down to MAX those 2 should slow down ur plane and bring it to a stop or w/e so u dont go into water :)

You got to open the speedbrakes after the two main gears touch down press / for speedbrakes and after u have landed press the left button on the mouse and press F2 for engines to slow down

haha fail at the end, umm, Go slower (Page Down) and use the brakes (Press and hold the left button on the mouse) as soon as you touch down. Try to touch-down nearer to the start of the runway so you have more time to slow. But overall it was quite good.
