I Have a question. I have cebreal palsy and I could walk talk and feed myself but o so have a short seizure every now and then and my speech is slurred where I can't pronunce m's very well are these symptoms of cp

@butterfly16rocks i also have Cerebral Palsy but its very minor, there are four types of cerebral palsy with different symptoms. I myself have the least common type. Mine is called Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy. I have it on one side of my body, my right side in fact. You can look up Types of  Cerebral Palsy on google, you can get all the info you need, and yes i do believe slurred speech is a symptom, because I know that stuttering is, and i believe i saw something about that.

my bf has cerebral palsy its mild but it gets him down often its hard that i cant do much to help i try to boost his confiedence but that only does so much i think people should know more about cerebral palsy so for my english class in college im doin a powerpoint on it

i have Cp i wish there was a cure i really think more people need to learn what Cp is because bnone of my friends had heard of it till they met me! people think just because i can walk it does not affect me this is not rue however i am greatful that i am not any worse then i am . i am proud of who i am with cp as should everyone who has it :) x

i'm 25 years old and I am born with mild Cerebral Palsy, I can still walk and talk like a normal person and I thank god every day that I didn't got the worst condition of CP. And I'm crying right now just thinking how lucky I am today.

I know its crazy ,cp is actually more prevelant than autism but we get so little funding and the earlier we can save preemies the more the cp rate will rise .

you forgot one of the most important facts!

CP affect more chldren that Spina Bifida, Muscular Dys., pediactric aids, Leukemia, and juvinille diabetes.....

but receives less than 0.05% of the funding alloted to such reasearch!!!!!!
