Actually, in the Megaman mangas, it is revealed that Centaurman was actually female. Supposedly, Centaurman was hiding long hair under his/her helmet (which, in the manga, was indicative of being female). The games, however, have not acknowledged this. It's all up for speculation, but I do think it's a possibility.
