lol at my house today it rained ALOT!! today i went crayfishing and caught 2 and put them in my tank with red belly pacu and oscar and thought it would be o.k but then my pavu tore my crayfish up in one bite he tore the first one in half and ate it entirely my oscar ate the scraps and the second one was crawling around then lets just saw y pacu saw him and he went bye bye lololol =)
@Goodfleisch releasing a fish into the wild is a sin amongst fish keeping! You should NEVER EVER EVER do that! Releasing a fish into the wild can totally destroy an ecosystem either from a disease your fish may have or from it being an invasive species. Plus these fish are tropical so if you have seasons like fall winter and spring where you live you have killed your fish, the low water temp will kill them. Please be a responsible fish keeper and never release an aquarium fish into the wild.
yes u can but they will grow big ..i have mine in a 50 gallon tank his around 6 inches but ones he gets big ima give him away i dont have money to get a bigger fish tank
man i had 1 of these fish they tuffer then teflon my pacu survived 3 explosions in a 10 gallon tank from the heater but the last explosion blew the tank all ova the place and he still lived threw that but i had 2 give him away cuz the tank was gone
ive herd those can ram through a tank, i used to have 2 but i died at the age 0f 5 and i got a 6 yearold 1 now, its face is all deformed from running into the walls.
question i have two pacus one of them is beating up the other tearing fins can i still keep both off them would they stop. if u see my video u can see the one thats getting beatup
Should of seen the big 16 incher in my small 55gal tank, we just got rid of him today, We had to catch him in a pillow case =( Awe I miss the big guy already
