Thanks for guys. I have just sat and watched all 5 while drinking my Italian coffee in Denmark. I am English, by the way. As you may guess, I love travelling.
Just a couple of questions. What is the make and model of the watch you were wearing Eug?
How did you get on with the food any aftershock problems?
How about the Vietnamese people?
Thanks again for taking the time to post this it was great.
Thanks for enjoying the videos, it was just a great way to share with others how nice the tour was and the spectacular scenery.
The watch I use is a GARMIN Forerunner 305. It is getting a bit on now as there are new models out but it still does the job.
As for the food, it was pretty good, only got sick once back in Ho CHi Minh City but that was after we finished all the riding. As for the Vietnamese people, they are great, very friendly.
Thanks tom3605, I'm glad you liked the videos and appreaciated your input into correcting a few of the mistake I made in the vid. Bit of a rush job to edit it and get it up on youtube before the enthusiam to do the video wore off and the memories faded.
ArmyE9: You should come back for a visit and enjoy the country this time. Not only has Vietnam changed much in the last 40 years since you were there (as has the US also) but it's quite different when you're there as a tourist and not a combattant. (By the way, it's Sa Huynh (the "n" preceeds the "h"). Eug made the same misspelling when he labeled his video.)
Guys! Glad you enjoyed the videos, it was a awesome trip definitely going back next Chinese new year, I think Lao but, any takers???? the more the merrier! Eug
hey guys, loved the videos, Watched all five and they were brilliant. So nice to see a video instead of pictures to music!
