Simple: for money. This audio was recorded 10 years ago while Koyasu was focusing his career on the seiyuu juggernaut known as Weiss Kreuz (an anime that featured Koyasu and 3 other famous seiyuu, which spawned manga, CD Dramas, and many concert performances). The series was one big cash cow, and it was milked for what it was worth. This audio was featured on a maxisingle for one of the songs Koyasu sang for the series.
