  • This guy needs to quit while he's behind, he may have seen someone do these in a gym and decided to make this video. A person who know what their talking about doesn't stutter or forget the purpose of a particular exercise. Anyway good effort.

  • thanks for demonstrating, i ve seen them before but find them hard to remember. medicine balls are under estimated. i seldom see people use them in the gym, but yeah-they offer a good moderate exercise excellent for incorporating muscles free weights cannot. do you have any info on exercise balls?

  • 15 lbs. you can use 5 or 7 whatever. It come sin handy. And I'm a certified trainer now. I teach bootcamps race motorcycles and personal training. I even started dancing. Hip hop and break. Keep rocking it out guys!
