What is too much time? I use to watch tv but now the net suck that time up. I don't watch more media than I use to it just shifted away from one service to another. If your actually addicted you'll just type in the original URL instead of using the bookmark. Its a good idea, but not really a way to prevent it. Same idea with that Mac application to "boost productivity"... if you want to do something, your just gonna turn it off and say "ill just turn it off for 10 minutes", suddenly that 10 minutes turns into 2 hours.
