Actually it is not null and void UNTIL and UNLESS people fight to prove it is a wrong law and get it repealed. Therefore it can be enforced and people suffer for it until it is repealed.

In Germany,you can not even question one iota of the official halocaust story.You don't even have to BE IN Germany to be charged with hate speech,and the lawyer you get to defend you ENDS UP IN PRISON as well for doing her job as a LAWYER!
