  • Overhanded wide-grip pull-ups. Slow on the negative. 3 sets of 6-8. Use a dip belt to increase your weight if your bodyweight isn't enough to get a good workout.

  • its alright man, everyone on here obviously doesn't get how it works. You aren't cut but your also probably 20%+ Bf. A good diet and 15%bf and you'd start to shred. Keep it up and keep working on the pecs! HIT that INCLINE!

  • I am bigger than I used to be and most of the size gain is muscle, but if I were to cut up right now, I wouldn't look like a tank anymore. I want to get a lot bigger so that when I cut, I still look diesel.

If you ever wanna get rid of that skinny frame, you are going to find out you have to eat a lot to gain a lot, meaning you won't remain skinny and will be subjected to negative criticism from ignorant (didn't say stupid, I am not insulting you) people such as yourself.   • Thanks for the comment. I may be doing a temporary 1 month cutting cycle in 2 months but then it's probably right back to bulking for another 6 months.

    My final goal is ~220lb at 10% bodyfat so I have a bit to go since I am only 206lb at 17.3% BF.

  • Correct. I am not buff. I am over weight... but then again, this speculation is very common to bulk bodybuilding. Sadly, I will carry these titles for another year, till I am done bulking and cut up. BTW, I am 17% bodyfat, started at 23-24%... so I am slowly getting more cut while gaining more weight, so I must be doing something right. BTW, your boyfriend is very good on the piano.

  • a "solid bulking cycle" doesn't mean you have to put on all that fat. There is a "clean" bulk you know. You're going to lose much of the muscle you have if you ever decide to diet down because that's going to be a heck of a long hard diet.

  • Hey, thanks for your comment and concern. If you actually take a look at my bodyspace profile (linked in description) and have a look at my starting pic you will realize that I have been clean bulking. I started out around 24% BF and have dropped to 17.3% BF while gaining a lot of muscle along the way.

    The main reason I have so much fat is my metabolism slowed a couple years ago and I didn't change my eating habits fast enough.
