it would be so easy for a guy with minimal connections in vegas to cycle those chips back into the casino and only lose a slight Vig to the persons he sells them to. Bellagio got taken to school here, and there is nothing they can do about it. They are covered so the only one losing is the insurance company anyway. It's not like the bellagio is hurting with this loss. 1.5 mill is nothing to them.

It takes 5 emails, lots of phone tag, half of the time a buyer never shows up or is not home when to you drive over there to sell or buy an item. Now, add to that the likeliness of one, just one of those 500 people calling the cops on him, or the chances that 20 of those 500 will be undercover cops.
