Toss's it and the receiver really doesn't want to watch, but he doesn't want to get ripped for having aligator arms. So he goes for it and pays .... Nice I hate the cowboys and this video.

you have to time the hit stick... tap it like 1 sec before he is about to catch it and it usualy works wonders good luck.. doesnt always work though
