@ImDoinYourMother Well, i think they are, i have outback lo, and they are amazing, they are the same material as stinger, but outback model have a stronger bottom. stinger and outback are water resistant, so i think it make them more durable, because water could damage the material, i mean water with salt, could damage the emu's, so when you got back home, you have to clean the.
@podgerinaballerina1 ould be an older model, or just some kind of limited edition:D I know they changed their boots a while back...if u have the Bronte boot which is cow hide, it's an older model, which has a different sole, an logo on the heel, than the newer models...u can't get the Bronte on their website so that's how u may spot they are fake or old, if they don't sell them anymore:D
@podgerinaballerina1 i know that there are fake uggs, but emus are not popular as uggs, so i dont think so that someone would make a fake emus. i dont think, that all emus are the same, for real, its the sheepskin, not a plastic.
"Ugg Australia" boots are nothing but marketing. An inferior Chinese product that only get to be called "Ugg Boots" in the US because the courts there were too stupid to understand that "ugg boot" has been a generic term in Australia since forever (imagine if an Australian company trademarked "hot dog" and then suddenly ball park vendors had to start calling their product "manufactured sausage sandwiches" and you have the same situation.
Glad you like your Emus - (eem-you rather than emoo).
@TobyLittleDude lol u are correct, but EMU has now put on what boots that are made in China and those that are not! The Stinger Mini, Low, and High are made in two types, the original one made IN AUSTRALIA; OF MERINO WOOL, the other made in China...whether the boots is made in Australia or not is not that important, more important that the company is Australian, based, owned and made! And most things today is made in China...I think people should read more about the term UGG, and it's history!
@TobyLittleDude well All their boots are made in China as well as Ugg Australia except their Classical Range where they got two types, Emu Australia Stinger AUST Made which means made in Australia and more expensive, and then Emu Australia Stinger made in China of same inferior sheepskin as Ugg Australia:D I suggest u do ur proper research before saying this or that w out even knowing what's true or not!
I have been trying to make up my mind which ones to get and you just sold me on EMUs, which I really think are better than Uggs. Uggs are just more money for the same product; and they are not better made than the EMUs.
i know how u feel at first i wanted uGg when i didnt really noe about the emu and i looked them online but there were to expensive sooo i looked around and found emu boots in my size so now im getting them for christmas im hype ppl's :)
this kind of changed my opinion on EMU boots. when i first saw them in store i didn't like the fur they had it seemed scratchy like you said and really stuck together. but yours seem different. i'll have to see them in store again.
right so i just wanted to tell you that if you want a really good price for EMU's or any other shoe for that matter try 6pm.com i just got some EMU's from there yesterday and I payed half price! They were 120 and i got mine for 60 bucks so for sure check it out.

plz answer soon! i want an unbiased opinion

@fastpitchgirl4eva they're only available for certain styles -- not even classic boots. we are all entitled to our own opinions.
