  • Absolutly amazing :)

  • such an amazing piece of music great use of strings and synths and with the sirens it just makes this tune one of the best from the mid 1990s x

  • The song sounds like 8th Dwarf, from Brainbug. Or it is the other way around, maybe this one was first :P

Great track, never heard this one before. Awesome <33

  • This song is featured in....

House mix: High energy DJ-set part 1 (Kung Waldemar)

It is song number 3 after very different and tribal buildup in the beginning. Hope you enjoy it:)

  • what a pearler

  • A forgotten classic. I remember Digweed doing some awesome mix with it on his '95 essential mix.

  • Thank you! ;) <3

  • I still have this on 12" vinyl single, bought when it was released into the UK singles charts at the end of 1995.

Had they delayed it's release and avoided the Christmas rush, then this tune would've gone top 20 rather than just scraping into the top 40.

  • yes m8,she was 19,she wanted robert miles children played as coffin carried into church,i love u stop by red five and crescendo wich were were given by the record label made just for her as we couldnt get it anywhere!!extremely rare lp

  • my sister had this played at her funeral!!! awsome tune!!

  • What a tune!!!

  • Why cant they make tunes like this anymore, its not me gettin old, music is just shit nowadays.

  • @ratchetization ...Agreed

  • @HitchHikersBlues If you like this, you might like Red light district....Did you hear me,phase II mix,1998 classic. For me,its pretty close to this one for quality.

  • @ratchetization

    Thanks ; )

  • @ratchetization its cos the music is made mostly by guys and they have all been conditioned to think if they show emotions then they are gay lol.no more dance tracks with soul.Remembe the 90's, everybody was everybodys mate.Last time I was out everybody was doing coke and it makes everyone an egotistical cunt.

  • @NoMoreWarNoMore So true,im glad my party years were the 90s,cos the noughties,to me,really dont cut it in many ways.I guess we were just lucky.

  • @ratchetization I think we were VERY lucky.peace

  • @ratchetization Underground house music today is the best it's ever been... Are you really looking out for it like you used to, or waiting for it to find you?

  • awesome tune

  • warehouse plymouth 1995. ooh yeah!! remember this and josh wink just tearing the place up. awesome 5*

  • classic tune!!!

  • needs more volume for this!!!

  • I can "adjust" my hearing easily to make "We're gonna eat some fuckin' pie" back into its original "We're gonna eat some pumpkin pie" but the sounds of those two lyrics are the same... "open" just ISNT an "eee" sound... I dont know how the artist pulled this off, but its a pretty amazing "audible illusion" like those magic eye things, some people see them easy, wheras others just cant!!

  • This is such an awesome track... to date it a little I used to listen to this on the Kenwood casette player in my Ford Capri!!

Me and a mate used to argue like hell over the lyrics though. I understand his logic that "let the heavens open" makes sense, whereas "Lup a huvan tiki" doesn't in the slightest, but having looked on the net it appears that we werent the only ones to argue. people who dont hear "open" almost always hear an "eee" sound.

  • savage tune havent heard it in years and i tried to get it from hmv and they said it wasent available any longer since the 90s, so please ignore the ignoramus below.

  • @hargohargo ...ebay has it from time to time Cd and viynl

  • @brettri1 i remember this back in the summer of 1995 it got lots of airplay that year i recorded it on tape from a radio station in ireland back then but alas lost the tape went looking for this tune in hmv around 2000/2001 and they said it was delisted. i finally found it on youtube after many years it sounds even better now. thanks for the info about ebay.

  • @asun7 You are rather rude when all the dude is trying to play out some tunes !

  • @asun7 I no longer have this vinyl for sale and is unavailable through me. I'm selling my vinyls (Discogs Marketplace), post videos of those vinyls, and when/if they sold... I try to update the video to reflex that. Makes it easier then getting 100+ emails asking if the vinyl is still available to purchase from me. When people ask where they can get tracks I point them to Discogs Marketplace or eBay. The whole point of all this is to help people reconnect or even find what they are looking for

  • @asun7 Nice comment dickhead

  • Killer track

  • tttuuuuunneeeeeee

  • my favorite clubbing tune ever thank you xx

  • mutxo wena!!!

  • The first time I heard this on a club sound system - namely at KU in Ibiza, in 1995, the roof opened and I could see the stars above in a warm Mediterranean mid summer's night sky....I can't really put into words how incredible the experience was....

This needed to be heard on a huge sound system to give it the stage it deserved. Truly powerful and epic this mighty tune and the effect when it was dropped will live long in the memory I can tell you.

  • been trying to get hold off this song for years!

    fantastic!

    good memories : )

  • TUNE!!!

    "Like the heaven singing"

  • cheers thanks for the info its a nice drawing

  • @RecycledDJ A young boy by Michelangelo is on the sleeve.

  • the artist you would be looking for is a study of a little boy by michelangelo (1475-1564) still got the 12inch record in excellent condition :)

  • @44madhatter I still have this on vinyl,on the cover it says..

Picture: Portrait study of a young boy by Michaelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564) British Museum,London/Bridgeman Art LibraryLondon. Ref. BM 49891

    Sleeve: (Design By Green Ink)

There yer go :) Top Choon back in the day.

  • @44madhatter top tune remember it so well!!!!

  • @44madhatter Its a portrait study of a young boy by Michaelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564), and yes ive copied that straight off from the inlay sleeve the cd single :D

  • @44madhatter its one of the old italian paintings from the 1500s its looks like a carravagio or michaelangelo

  • @44madhatter Painting is by Michelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564) info from back sleeve of record.

  • @44madhatter

    Looks like Rembrandt style

  • Let the heavens open, definitely.

  • @djmonkeypowder

I also think it's "Let the heavens take me". It's either that, or "Let the heavens eat me". It also has "eat me" in the video exactly when that line comes on (but that could be someone taking the piss I guess). Awesome tune anyway though.

  • excellent
