The original "Kushites" were the Kishites of Mesopotamia. They weren't negroids. Moses wasn't black he was of a Levantine population. Egyptians depicted Levantine populations with Caucasian phenotypes and hair and referred to them as Asiatics, not Kushites/Nubians or negroids.

The only "Nubian" genetics that could possibly be in Arabia is from the Trans-Saharan Slave Trade. Arabians are said to have 7% negroid dna from that time period - so how they obtain their entire ancestry from Nubians doesn't make sense re: the title of the video.
