I never denied I'm a Republican. I'm not happy with the direction of the party, though there is some movement in the right direction which I think could proove helpful. But studies show that no ideological shift took place in the election, do not assume that Democrats are all that popular. Both parties are oosing numbers, while more and more people are turning Independant. Glenn Beck is a Libritarian.

I think part of his appeal is that he kind of approaches politics like the funny sunday school teacher we all had at least one of in Church growing up. A lot of folks like that, and those sunday school teachers do tear up, but I do agree to the point that we need to be strong right now. This is a bulletless war, and if we intend to win it we have to be strong.

That couldn't be farther from the truth. Bush was put through hell. What Obama is being put through is media adoration with few brave enough to challenge his socialist policies. I gave him a chance, I see what he is trying to do and I don't like it. Outside Fox News the media treats Obama like he's the second coming. I do hope he will shift direction, I think the potential for greatness is there, but so it the potential for a Stalin like dictator. He worries me greatly.

what difference does it make if he's a republican, if the message is not what you agree with, than why not speak your peace?...I find it appalling that people don't converse and challenge ideas anymore, but rather deamonize any resistance to their ideals. I think this is more of a generation issue, especially with the 25-35 crowd...those who grew up not knowing what is was like to sacrifice and fight for what you believe in. Everything has been handed to them. And they all cry when challenged.
