  • pippen tried to bury barkley wit dat dunk

  • 7:50 You leave Paxton open that much, you lose.

  • if only I was born :( I wouldve been so HYPE! lol

  • MJ is the greatest

  • what is a Kobe?

  • i remember this series.. 5 yrs old and loving basketball thanks to mj!

  • @reneperezz

I was 13 at the time. This was the series that really got me into basketball.

  • Sick to compare Queen who quit his Cavs to MJ

  • Pressing pause at 1:00 and thinking "damn"

  • yo chambers threw dat hoe down backwards haha mah dood had rise

  • one of the greatest clutch shots ever!!

  • thumps up if u think michael jordan is a beast

  • jesus christ.. every time jordan DOES jump to the air.. it does look like he's just gliding through it.

  • its games like this where i regret being born too late :(

  • To all the idiots that claim Jordan and the Bulls faced no "D" in this game, this series (and most of their championship winning runs), check out what Phoenix did in the 4th quarter of this game... How many players on the Bulls scored points during that period and how many did they get in total? Apart from Paxson's game winning 3, it was JORDAN who scored the remaining 9 POINTS in the 4th, because the Suns clamped down HARD on the Bulls defensively. Pippen went AWOL points wise.

  • Pippen dunked on Barkley.. Daammmnnn!

  • From North Carolina, at gaurd, 6'6. Michael Jordan. Aaaaaaahhhhhhh.... And the crowd goes wild.

  • ahhhh fuckin jordan ur the best u broke my fuckin heart in '93 lol ur the best of the best

  • paxon for three!!!!!!

  • Jordan's being defended by a 6'1" Kevin Johnson(KJ) & a worn out 34yr old Danny Ainge who's also 2" shorter than him(MJ) ;)

  • I miss how fast paced the NBA used to be...

  • Even if Kobe gets 6 rings. His finals performances are no where near MJs

  • @Zeke4TV and he get 3 thanks to shaq, the big player in that team was shaq, not Kobe!

  • Michael Jordan dominates the game even before he steps on the floor, not Kobe nor Lebron could do that. Jordan dominates both offensively and defensively, as well psychologically. He is a great chess player. He thinks 3-4 steps ahead. There is only one Michael Jordan. He is often imitated, but never duplicated. IMO, the best basketball player ever.

  • Hehe Princess LeBrick has nothing on MJ and never will!

  • @GSHUrlacher54 Or Kobe

  • Hehe Princess LeBrick has nothing on MJ and never will!

  • I remember seeing this game back then, and thinking how in the hell the Bulls were going to win this game? That's why Jordan was the best leader I ever seen, He kept everybody calm, hitting all the shots in the 4th quarter except the 3 by Paxson. We were all lucky to have seen a player this special in our lifetime.

  • The Paxson 3 totally Barkley's fault. Sums up everything about him too: overly aggressive and undisciplined

  • jordan's 30 yrs old here 0:34 .. look how fresh faced this kid looks .. always kept himself in top shape

  • So Paxson is better than Jordan? See no one can do it by themselves

  • how could they allow that layup at the end. THATS why they lost.

  • jordans mid range game was ridiculous...almost cheap =]

  • the pippen dunk over barkley was sickening

i had to go see a doctor afterwards

  • "if you want to go to Phoenix I'm not going with you" insanely great leader

  • bob costas is a corny ass nigga

  • Wilt Chamberlain GOAT

  • @mlademamehocekurca fuck no

  • How can there even be an argumanet made for anyone else?? Jordan is the best ever- no doubt about it.

No doubt that was the best era of the NBA- how about around the 3:00 minute mark- Pippen HUGE dunk, Ainge comes right back and nails a 3, then BJ Armstrong immediately rips a trey- fast, furious, & awesome!!

  • Paxson broke my heart lol......still a great series

  • Paxson broke Barkley, KJ, Majerle and Chamber's hearts.

  • i miss the good ol' days

  • At the 6:51 mark, Superman checks in the game...

  • Barkley's mistake led to Pax being open.

He shouldnt have gone for the steal

  • I bet MJ was mad that he didn't get the final shot.

  • @Flipper79able he's not kobe

  • MAIN difference between Kobe and Jordan...Kobe settles for shots which he creates with the ball in hand, while Jordan creates space for himself off the ball and is open when the pass comes to him.

  • now this is truly the NBA, crowd going nuts, commentators FIGHTING to be heard over the crowd. Nowadays the flow is constantly disrupted by free throws and all the commentators do is throw around the word 'facial' whenever a defender is within 1 metre of an opposition dunk. bullshit.

  • Charles must've been out of his mind thinking he was going to defeat MJ in a finals series

  • Comment removed

  • paxson hit 2 buzzer beaters in the game... bummer for my suns but great game

  • Thumbs up, MJ 23 is BEST player EVER on the PLANET!!!

  • @actionisnow1 no he is the 2nd best nba player ever on this planet

  • @BASKETBALLJEZUS Who is the first, oh yea Jordan!!! HaHaHa

  • @actionisnow1 nope the best player ever is larry bird ;)

  • @BASKETBALLJEZUS BAsed on what?? How??

  • @actionisnow1 if you look 2 the shot ability bird was nuber 1 ;) oh yeah my top 3 of my fav nba players from the past changes dramaticly

  • @actionisnow1 ITS NOT THE PLANET... ITS THE BEST EVER OF THE GALAXY! LOL XD

  • @BB0ysGam3s I got you

  • @actionisnow1 thanks!

  • Lebron aint got nothing on mj

  • I used to have this game on tape.. one of the best games in nba history

  • PAXSON!!!!!

    So clutch

  • go to nba,com vote houston vs detroit for fanight

  • @tonymitch80 hell yeah unlike the gay ass chris collinsworths. why is he so gay smh

  • Wish 2k Sports would've added the 1992-93 Phoenix Suns to NBA 2K11 as part of the Jordan Challenge.

  • @GalaxyVoyage1 i dont know why they dont add this moment! lol

  • @GalaxyVoyage1 Ya i was surprised they didn't cus in that series he averaged more than any other finals in terms of points and the Suns were a great offensive team so it woulda been pretty tough challenge.

  • @GalaxyVoyage1 : Yes. The also should have added the 1997-98 Indiana Pacers. The only other team besides the 1991-92 New York Knicks to the take Jordan-led Bulls 7 games.

  • @GalaxyVoyage1 yea cause jordan tourchered them maybe next year pippen was a beast

  • @GalaxyVoyage1 If they did that, every game jordan's ever played would be on the jordan challenge

  • I love how B J Armstrong drops to the ground knowing Paxson is hitting the 3 without a doubt lol

  • @MrKingElvis Great call. I never noticed that before

  • This guy is a beast.

  • kobe your my guy but man jordan is the best

why?because he is a smart player and knows what shots to take and where

i mean pause at 1:05 those numbers are unbelieveable

  • people. look at this "defense" on MJ. i mean cmon. people, can we open our minds up and say to ourselves "hey, maybe Kobe is as good or better than this man." after this go watch game 7 of this years NBA finals of the Lakers vs boston. Kobe is litterally triple teamed everytime. litterally, litterally as in every fucking play. and u wonder y MJ averages 40 a game. its cause he has 2 feet between him and his defender. whether Kobe is better or not, this defense is fuckin bullshit

  • dude, look at everyones comments. NO D, my goal for youtube is for every blind MJ lover to see that Kobe is better. he faces the celtics D and MJ faces this. he doesnt even do a move and gets to his spot. thats pathetic. just finally admit folks. please. he just aint better than Kobe im sorry. MJ never saw a zone or in this case a non midget gaurding him. its pathetic

  • @mambaKB24mvp He gets to where he wants, cuz he passes out of double teams rather than shoot over them (which kobe does). he gets to where he wants because people FEARED his first step, so he had a few feet to create his shot and dictate where he wanted to go and pull up. MJ NEVER SAW A ZONE?! LMAO. goo watch Jordan vs piston and Jordan vs knicks zone defense. youll want to kill yourself after watching that

  • @mambaKB24mvp Kobe can never be better than Jordan because he took his entire game down to the smirk after the jumper and added little to no originality. There will be someone better than MJ but its not Kobe!

    Kobe imitates Greatness!

The key is to transcend greatness!

  • @mambaKB24mvp

You ridiculed yourself with this comment.

And it shows you have obviously no clue about basketball. Enjoy your ESPN generation sissy NBA and your no handchecking princesses. ;D

  • @mambaKB24mvp Your idol is finished. He's lost the chance for a second 3peat..

Wanna be like Mike heh? Kobe is one of the best players of the last decade and

for sure in the top 50 ever. But nobody...and I say nobody can't touch MJ23.

  • @SairousClaou The 90's sucked... I bet Kobe could have won 10 in a row in Jordans era. Heck back in 06 and 07 when he had smush and Kwame, i bet he could have made them make the finals in the 90's

  • @KobeConfidence lol ur a dumbass kobe got swept the 90s were amazing best nba era ever y dont u root for the rapist kobe and have him shoot 6-24 in a game 7

  • @casey8155 If u even watched that game 7 you'd realize it was all about defense. That game 7 was more competitive than any game I've ever seen. Guys were playing with 100% effort on each and every posession. See Gasol crumble in this postseason? That only proves how good Kobe Bryant is to win 2 championships with him. Lebron and Wade just lost... I promise you if you replace either of those players with Kobe then they would not have lost that series.

  • @KobeConfidence yea i watched it and no way it was the most competitive all the Bulls Jazz games were ridiculous..best games ive ever seen....and Gasol was amazing last year in the playoffs....he just had a bad postseason so thats irrelevant....and kobe didnt even have a good postseason....and it all depends on how kobe performed with wade or james......i could see them losing the series....now put Jordan with any of them guaranteed series over....no doubt in my mind...jordan 6 for 6 in finals

  • @casey8155 SMH... That game was more physical and more effort was being shown on each and every possesion than any game ever. That's why both teams scored so few of points. Kobe didn't have a great post season because much of the time in the games he could be making plays offensively had to be used to try to get GaSoft and other lakers to quit lolly gaggin. Gasol saw weak defense last year is why he played well. It's one thing to be contained but vs good defense he just gets shut out.

  • @KobeConfidence mavericks good defense??? please... lakers lucked out with perkins getting hurt in game 7...not doubt in my mind he doesnt get hurt lakers lose that game...and that game was a joke....i watched it and shook my head at people actually saying kobe is better than jordan with his 6-24 performance.... its one thing to talk with ur heart but in retrospect u have to talk with ur brain....there will never be anyone like jordan...he is the greatest of all time...kobe is in the top 10

  • @casey8155 Whatever dude I'M not even going to argue with u for being a moron. MJ never faced 3 hall of famers in 1 game. When MJ did face hall of famers like say Magic Johnson or Drexler, he always had the advantage of age. He was 25 or 26 when he faced a 31 year old Magic and Drexler. Kobe never has that advantage. In retrospect that you speak of that 1 game of Kobe shooting 6 for 24 shouldn't even be considered as evidence in determing who's the better player.

  • @KobeConfidence r u kidding me??? kobe had SHAQ!!! probably the most dominating center to ever play the game...kobe didnt even get the MVP in the finals Shaq did...when did jordan ever not get the mvp???? NEVER and its the same damn thing with kobe....he was around 24-25 when he won his first title....and face fuure hall of famers when they were older....please dude know ur shit....fine ill throw out 6-24.....give me jordan anyday over kobe....last second shot i want JORDAN..... not Kobrick

  • @casey8155 yaeh i agree with dude. . kobeconfidence are too much confidence on his idol kobetlulibetbet

i will kill my self if kobe will win another nba finals, even if the lakers get D.Howard. . they will not win again, kobetkulibetbet is too old now, . hes just a good player. not as great as MJ the great.

  • @KobeConfidence Yeah he dropped 63 points on Bird, Mchale, Parrish, Johnson and Walton celtics 5 hall of famers. Kobe Couldn't even score 40 points or get a win with a 38 year old Jason Kidd guarding him.

  • @lvelazq1 If Mj's teammates failed him for a whole series (actually 2 but hornets weren't good enough to beat them) then he wouldn't have either.

  • @KobeConfidence

When MJ's team-mates fail him, it results in violence.

  • @lvelazq1 your damn point theres no denieing him

  • @casey8155 He may have shot 6 for 24 but the last time I checked, he made up for it with 15 rebounds, 10 4th quarter points and several assists late in the game. Boo hoo about you not having Perkins either. Rasheed Wallace may have played better than Perkins could have and even if not being out 1 game is a hell of a lot better than playing 60% healthy the whole series and playoffs like Kobe and Bynum said they were.

  • @KobeConfidence wallace and perkins were 2 totally different players....and he isnt getting paid to get rebounds ...and kobe is one to always make excuses jordan never did....just went out and showed the world y he is the best....and its not boo hoo about me not having perkins i dont even like boston....i just hate the people who think kobe is better than jordan...bc thats a load of crap...kobe is good but jordan is the best...no way jordan would get swept...or shoot 6-24 in game 7. Jordan> kobe

  • @KobeConfidence

Go cry in a corner you moron and ACCEPT that Kobe FAILED to lead his team to the Finals with $91 million dollars of talent to get him to that goal. Put Jordan from either the first or second three peat into this current Lakers side and watch him win the title.... and with the defensive rules in today's NBA he'd probably AVERAGE over 40ppg THOUGHOUT the playoffs too! :D

  • @ChaosCat79 excellent excellent point.

  • barkley was the best PF ever!!!

  • i do believe MJ is the greatest ever simply becuz he revolutionized the game like no other. All the people talk about how the game use to be much more physical and all that. I agree with that cuz the game now is a lot more perimeter oriented. However, you can also make a case taht Jordan's defense wouldnt be as good if he couldnt handcheck etc. People still have to give kobe his credit. People back then were not as strong and atheletic as the players today, and teams couldnt play zone......

  • all i can say is.... WHY THE FUCK IS 6'0 kJ GUARDING 6'6 MJ

  • Comment removed

  • @takeit2thecourtmang Because MJ burned the taller suns defenders (including Majerle - All-Defence 2nd team that year) for 55 points in game 4 so they put KJ on him for quickness.

    That didnt work either...

  • @jxn23 i realized that... i watched the entire series and KJ is def the worse option to guard MJ.... he is way too small for MJ

  • @takeit2thecourtmang thank u. but yet Kobe gets triple teamed. tahts y he scored 40 a game. put rondo, just rajon rondo on Kobe for a 7 game series and see what happens. yea thats right it wouldnt go 7 games it would be a sweep. this is such a pathetic series.

  • @mambaKB24mvp The majority of the series against Boston in both Finals, he was single-covered primarily because both the Allens(and James Posey in 2008) play Kobe well one-on-one and because Kobe settles far too often for long jumpers, making himself easier to defend. And besides Boston, Kobe has played in 7 Finals and in 6 of them shot 42% or lower FG% for the series. He historically struggles in the Finals. Fortunately, his teammates picked up the slack against Boston in 2010.

  • Boston's defensive scheme, particularly their box one defense, is what allows them to play top stars like Kobe "one-on-one". It's fallacious to think the Allen is merely playing Kobe one and one, and locking him up. No disrespect to MJ, but never saw anything like Boston's D in an NBA Finals, certainly not against these Phoenix Suns.

  • @HeadlessEye I said he was single-covered primarily, but Boston, like most good defensive teams, brings the help very quickly on penetration and double-teamed at key moments to give Kobe different looks on defense. Kobe made it easier on the Celtics by not trying to penetrate much thinking that he could not, and again, settling for long jumpers. It's telling that D-Wade destroyed Boston, and Lebron had a par series against them in 2010. Neither one settled on offense like Kobe did.

  • @HeadlessEye The argument goes both ways. No disrespect to Kobe, but he never saw defense like MJ did vs the bad boy pistons or riley's knicks. It's no coincidence that MJ avg. 41 ppg this series after playing the Knicks just prior to this. He had to been thinking, "man it's easy to get to the hole now."

  • @HitBattousai single covered lol. his teamates in 08 were walton, odom, gasoft, and fisher. no ariza and no bynum. and they single Kobe? r u delusional. kid, ur fuckin outa ur mind. u clearly didnt watch the series after that dumbass statment.

  • @mambaKB24mvp It's a statement of the facts. The Celtics did double Kobe some, but it's not their primary defense against him because they match up with Kobe well man-on-man and Kobe's stubborn nature makes it hard for him to adjust because he settles for jumpers vs Boston. The best way to defend Kobe is single-coverage with a good man defender, have help if he gets by, and every now and then send a double to mix it up. Ray Allen plays Kobe well on defense and so did JPosey.

  • @mambaKB24mvp And this year Kobe had Bynum and Artest. The result was the same, Kobe didn't shoot well against the Thunder or Boston because the Allens matched up with him effectively on man with Boston as did Sefelosha for the Thunder. And btw, as to your era argument, I can point to a more obvious sign of regression rather than progression. The best pure center today is Dwight Howard. Mid-90's or Mid-80's, Dwight would be struggling to crack top five at the position.

  • I dont care who Kobe had on his team in the 08 finals..the Lakers lost a 20 point lead at home(sad). Before Gasol Kobe and the Lakers had a 3-1 lead vs the Suns with no big man and lost that series as well.

  • @jxn23 ok that proves all my points too. if dan majerle's white ass is all defensive 2nd team taht proves todays defense is 20 times better.

  • @mambaKB24mvp Well the game improves every decade. When wilt played no one could guard him simply because he was one of a kind in his generation. But if u put wilt in russel's generation, russel wouldnt let him score more than 30 a game. If you put wilt in todays game, he would simply just be an average center. Now same goes for magic. If magic played against today's pg, he would get burned on every possesion. the game evolves and players only get better.

  • @takeit2thecourtmang magic would still be nice though...

  • @mambaKB24mvp i also wana say that michael jordan is the best player in his era by far. the second best player wasnt even close to as good as MJ. Today u can argue that lebron d wade and even mcgrady in his prime are as good as kobe. But no one in Mike's era were even mentioned in the saem sentence as MJ. Also in 2001-2003 Mj scored 40+ easily on teams and MJ then wasnt close to MJ in his prime. If you put it in that in perspective i dont think a prime time Kobe is better than prime time MJ.

  • @takeit2thecourtmang keep proving my point that D back then wasnt the same D Kobe is seeing. thank u my friend

  • jordan is a fuken hog wow

  • @theghostofmrcow1985 Kobe is a bigger hog. Just watch the 2004 Finals and you'll see what I mean.

  • @deadlyshooter2031 Dumbass that was 2004 when he was. Not anymore watch 2009/2010 finals

  • I just noticed one of the Bulls players I think B.J. Armstrong randomly falls down when Paxson hits the 3!

  • this reminds me off that 98 finals game 6 in a way bulls down then MJ blows by Russell for a layup also about the Jazz and Suns they both lost on their home courts cuz being on the road never meant much to MJ and the Bulls lol but that layup by MJ was a back breaker and all these years later the Suns are still soft on defense in my opinion

  • Kobe will never b as great as Jordan cuz Kobe has alredy lost 2 finals and Jordan is undeafeted in the finals!

  • just think about it, when you talk about the greates players to ever played the game, kobe comes in the conversation, im not saying hes the GOAT, but hes just 31 with 5 rings, jordan didnt get his fith ring till he was 35, do the math!!! so we will see wh the best player is when kobes career is over.

  • @sencella But remember Kobe came out of highschool, meaning he has more years to catch up to MJ.

  • @sencella kobe has now played more years than mj at the same point in career mj has one more ring and had 7000 points more

  • @ruusk Wow, didnt know that. Thanks.

  • that dunk by scottie pippen over charles was just SICK!!!!

  • I love kobe bryant but Micheal jordan was too damn Great lol

  • Da suns r soft as tissue. How do u give da best player on da court a lay up dat late n da game unbelievable need to take a lesson from da pistons of da late 80's and early 90's if dey wanted to win dis series.

  • Suns Barkley Uniform one of my all times favs along with the '99-03 Magic and the '00-05 Raptors

  • What the hell, with 46 seconds left, Jordan gets the rebound, runs down the court and gets an easy walk in lay up without anybody coming at him! What the hell kind of defense is that, Phoenix! You blew the game with that one play. Thats Michael Jordan, its the end of the game...nows the time to get guys on him, like theres no tomorrow! Total breakdown by the Phoenix Suns, cost them the game really..that layup was just too easy, I hope the coach smacked them all in the head for allowing that.

  • suns should have smashed jordan when he went to the hole with 40 secs left... also they should have given barkley the final shot

  • If you are really fan of nba you must have heard about NBAPremium(.)tk one of the best movie database

  • those were games not the 2009 finals that may probably be the worst in nba history

  • Are you talking about the 1993 Finals to be the worst? I find it better than so much other finals, that have just been boring.

But to compare the 2009 finals with this: No. 2009 finals were a bit boring where one game was good(the OT game).

This series was epic. You never knew who was gonna win the title. That's what made it so interesting. If Phoenix would've won at least 1 game on their home court, this would have been the best 7-game series ever with Houston Vs. New York in 1994.

  • you mis understand me ,NO THE 1993 FINALS was epic i was talking about the 2009 finals that was boring

  • Oh, yeah. Sorry about that. Then I agree with you. The 2009 finals were total boredom.

  • smoked

  • 7:20-7:25... hmm O_o

  • 0:07-0:22. lol he called himself the deepest thinker in sport.

  • MJ's fadeaway shot was the most dangerous and most precise shot!

  • but also pretty right?

  • a game 7 would've been unbelievable

  • Lakers offense looks so much like this with kobe in stead of jordan in the post on the box. The only problem that Lakers have is that they use Gasol in the post more than Kobe who is the better passer and a greater threat than Gasol. Maybe Phil needs to play these tapes again in the locker room

  • yeah right. kobe is more threat if he learns to make some post up play and fade away. that's i how see his flaw.

  • 3:28 phil taught that to kobe

  • Barkley talks so much shit about guys now, but he didn't do SHIT when it counted at the end of this game.

  • Dam Bull's are the ultimate winners of any team EVER. That game winner by Paxson defines clutch and winners.

  • Lol Grant just swatted that shit outta there!

  • Let Kobe and company see what it looks like when the GREATEST OF ALL TIME cares more about winning than scoring . One is immortalized by winning and winning correctly, which means like a team. The end should be watched by all basketball camps and PE classes. When greatness is humble before the Goddess of victory. That is when one becomes truly great.

Perfect antithesis. Shaq being traded so Kobe can be happy when Shaq did all the heavy lifting. Pathetic attitude. Example of what not to do.

  • .......................

  • man, marv albert is the best announcer of all time

  • @tonymitch80 he got arrested wearing drag back in the 90s.hes a fag

  • This was the last time two GREAT teams met in the finals.

  • that's not true the jazz and bulls were two great teams that met in 97 and 98

  • I have watched all the games of the 93 finals dozen times. Suns's defense was shit. jordan scored 55points on game4, ok, "waw" but watch that game again, they were a joke in the paint.

  • What about the 2 GREAT teams called Knicks vs Rockets in 1994 NBA finals 7-game series.

What about Bulls vs Jazz 1997, 1998 NBA finals series. Weren't they GREAT

  • 8:19 K.J. REJECTED BY GRANT!!!!!!

  • paxson had alot of guts nailin' that 3.

the play was set up brilliantly. make phoenix think MJ was gonna' take the last shot, rotate it to pippen, then pippen kicked it to horace grant. at that point, i thought grant was gonna' just score & we were gonna' go into OT......never saw paxson standing in the corner all by himself (apparently, neither did the suns......lol). the rest, as they say, is history.

i'm probably the BIGGEST jordan fan of all time.....since the dave corzine days.

  • You gota give Phil Jackson a lot of credit on drawing that play up and then Scottie Pippen for breaking down the defense when Jordan passed him the ball and then drove and passed it to an open Horace and then he passed it to an open Paxson. A lot of teams on that play would have gone for the tie. That is what makes the Bulls different from every other team in basketball history!

  • @moneyman237952 Absolutley. I imagine Phil told them to go for the win because either Scottie or Horace could have easily taken a shot at the 2.

  • The best was that everyone on the Bulls touched the ball on the last possession. Everyone! That is teamwork. It wasn't all about Jordan, it was the team. Jordan was the best player in NBA history, but the Bulls had great continuity and definitive roles. They were a great team!!!

  • Phil Jackson has said this play was the pinnacle of the Bulls teams he coached, because it truly epitomized the team's unselfishness and patience.

  • but the suns played a matador defense
