How on earth do u do one arm handstand?? On a really gd day I can hold 3-4secs :( Can u plz give me some gd tips, techniques maybe or tutorials, how to train up for it please. I'd really appriciate it :D
What is the last move you do called and how do you train for it? I've got my 1 arm to meat hook down, and I'd really like to work on whatever that skill you do at the end is called.
@Lavastine It is supposed to be a 1 arm back lever. I couldnt hold it well there. I learned it by going from the meathook and slowly releasing out, and the stronger I got, the further I could go. It wasnt as hard to learn as I thought and it became solid quite fast. Be careful about your elbow when doing this one as there can be a lot of strain
@acrobatjones Thanks!.Im 26, so I started out quite late, but Im having good progress. I am in the second year of the circus education in stockholm. You are one of my inspirations actually, your strength is off the charts. Working hard on the 1 arm presses, and kick up from crocko but a lot of work to do yet. Are you with Soleil now? I believe I saw a clip of you from there.
i was with cirque but wintuk finished on january 2nd, so now looking to do something with just handbalance, probably will build a number if other shows dont work out for me.
yeah just keep working! i am doing the same just training hard and working on new stuff, sweet thats a good circus school i hear.
what did you do before circus school?
kick up from croc is a bitch to learn, my best advice is to relax, if you try and force it to quick then its difficult
@acrobatjones Hope things work out for you! Before school I was bboying. Met a coach 3 years ago who taught me the principles. I had decent strength, so it went fast to the basic 1 arms. Trained for 1 year and got into stockholm.
I am actually quite close to the kick up from crocko, but I still need more training though. How did you get that insanely strong at that stuff? You have a mad 1 arm press too though, but you can just lean craaazy far front on 1 arm! Your 1 arm planche is incredible.
@jumpupandfly I did breaking for about 5-6 years(still do) before I got into balancing about 3 years ago. I trained balancing for about a year before the audition, 6 months with a coach and then 6 months alone. Now I have been in school for 1.5 years. I did have some hanstand strength before starting, mainly from 1handhops and a very bad 1 arm on the right arm. I could also do handstand presses from before. Good work capacity+an insane amount of training has gotten a lot done the last few years
Hey friend . That was really beautiful. You sure have been hard at work . You have more strength .flexibility and control. The one arm press amazing1 That is so hard to do. When are you going to go from one arm down to level LO L. I am sure very soon. Cant wait to see it.

The first move you do is "the" move that proves you really are a master. You also have good musical tastes.

Very nice moves! I have a question.
Does this things, you do handstand on, have a spezial name?
I would like to buy them, but I don´t know, how they are called, or where i can look.
