I listen to both TI and Jim Jones, coming from someone who listen to both, Jim has a slight edge in lyrical ability people just riding on TI's wave bcuz TI is the bigger name. If we was talking about Jim Jones when he 1st came in the rap game I would give it to TI, but Jim J. improved his rap style alot and I would say TI rap skill actually decreased over the years.
