Schon had been saying that they have found the band’s missing link in Arnel since Perry left the band.

Perry simply didn't want to carry on. Thank goodness for Arnel, fantastic singer. Theres only a handful of bands with singers that can't be replaced ( James Hetfield of Metallica springs to mind). Get over it.....if you cant, go and support a band you do like!
