  • Lindsey has type 1 diabetes. She says that she "eats right" and exercises, as important ways to take care of herself while waiting for a cure. She somehow forgets to mention one other thing: that every day she has to take insulin - by injection or insulin pump - in order to survive. That's a glaring omission in an educational offering.
