It can't be Ross 1.)Cause the Red Hulk has no mustash. 2.)Ross wears an army suit with no black pants, and the Red Hulk wears black pants. Doc Samson on the other hand knows how to use a gun, knows how to fight, and he always hated the hulk cause he only had an 1/8 of his power and could not beat him. Now that Samson has the power of the hulk, he has finally beaten Bruce.
Wow, you have some great arguments there man. He may very well be the Red Hulk. But why would he just turn on Bruce like that? I mean there is no definite reason why. Ross on the other hand has a good reason or reasons.

there are other reasons why Samson hates Banner for example there was one point in his time Samson used to date Betty so I'm guessing after she died that put him over the egde to hating Banner and Hulk. Not to mention Hulk always beating him to a bloody pulp in front of her must have bruised his pride. Making him hate Banner/Hulk with a passion. So he probably hid his anger to Banner until the right time to show it.
i don't think it's doc samson. thats just a possibility. they did that on hulk #2, when they showed rick jones stranded with torn clothes, and people started to think he was the red hulk, when he was actually the new abomination. trust me, it's not samson
I still think it's General Ross. Who but him would use guns and King Sized Hulk #1 has as section on him filling a report on the Red Hulk. It's him, they are just trying to throw us off.

No he is not banner, because we see in Hulk #4 that bruce is the green Hulk. Both the green and the red hulk fought in that issue.

Your right, also remember that Samson also tried to do some mind therapy with Banner. So the Hulk's power could also stem from there as well.
