  • that noise can probably be corrected with some type of plastic contacts, or maybe even wood. I'd love to get my hands on something metal! this is awesome. Way to be holding up the Bruce Lee philosophy, IronWingChun! 

    I have a wooden dummy vid too, feel free to check it out!

  • pure pleasure to watch the guy practice, and the dummy is very well designed and built. but the high-pitched ringing is very ruinous for hearing, and i know of no reliable method to significantly reduce the noise short of industrial-grade ear muffs, as ear-plugs don't really work. please take care, as deafness and tinnitus are rather awful, as many of my fellow steel workers can testify.
