Saw John at the BFI last night. He said he's not making the remake, he's just given his blessing. He said he did it because he makes lots of money and it's a win-win situation. "If it's successful then I make more money, they'll probably do a follow up and I'll make even more money. But if it's terrible, I look like a genius!"

Dude i really really hope John Landis dont use CGI too much else it will kill the remake. I miss old makeup. werewolf movies nowadays are an insult to the genre. great interview and hope it is released next year for 30th aniversary.

@MusicIsMaLifeo9 you are so lucky! i was dying to get along to the auditions for extras! but i couldnt get through :(:(:( but im so glad i got a video of me and john landis!:):) i wasnt even gonna go through to edinburgh coz i thought it would be a waste of time coz i would never get any where near the set or john landis but i just went for it! coz id never get the chance again! :)
