lol i got this schematic 3 times! all it does is more damage 1 has the caravaner, 2nd one has the leader from the family on "Bood Ties" quest, and the third one is at fort constatine near raven rock its at a blown up house in a work bench

if you want the route for all caravaners ask the manager hes at catebury commons just ask the caravaner for more info about his caravan and hell mark it on your pipboy

Just do the quest 'Blood Ties' and you get the schematics as an award

the gun you are using, where did u get it?

The gun he is using is a scoped 44 mag. i got it by killing billy creel in megaton. Its totally worth it, and if the town starts to attack you, just leave and come back later.

there is a sort of house 'not so far' of the oasis found the papers to make it ( srry for the false hope)
