After about 0:20 to about 0:21, pause and study Ada. Notice how her hand at 0:19 is going up and at the VERY beginning of 0:21 her eyes are closed and she has a smile on her face. The woman clearly believes Leon was going to kiss her and she was so ready and then at the very end of 0:21 her eyes widen with shock when she realizes what's going on.
