Tthis video was made early on in the series. Shame that we watched charming Summer so excellently make this video in vain. My favourite hairstyle on my favourite girl on TV. That colour and style suits Summer too.
Some people were disappointed that she never had a big enough part in The Cape. IMO she was not supposed to have a larger part. Her character was what it was and that is what she gave us. She had a pretty large part IMO, she could not dominate the whole thing. That is life.
